The Jr. Gulls are the largest and most successful club in San Diego and the home of the 2010/11 Bantam-B and Peewee-A SCAHA and CAHA State Champions! If a player has the ability and is looking for more from the sport it is vital to their development that they participate at a higher level. Iceoplex offers Travel Hockey that provides a professional coaching staff with many years of Travel Hockey experience.
We skate out of the Iceoplex, in Escondido, CA.
Individuals wishing to be a Head Coach or an assistant coach with the San Diego Jr. Gulls Travel Club are asked to complete an application form.

Jr Gull Drafted in NAHL
The NAHL's Robertson Cup champion Fairbanks Ice Dogs picked Titans 16U (San Diego Gulls 16AAA) top defenseman Dean Rhymer in the seventh round (159th overall)."We are very excited for Dean" noted 16AAA Head Coach Dave Scowby. "He is a solid, stay-at-home defensemen whose skills and decision making ability are excellent. Dean has a bright bright future ahead of him and the Ice Dogs are receiving a fine young man with excellent work ethic and attitude towards the game".

Originally from Regina, Saskatchewan Canada, Dave offers 19 years of coaching experience. A graduate of Princeton University (NCAA Division I), he played and lettered all 4 years was also team captain his senior year. Dave received a BSE in Civil Engineering and Operations Research as well as graduated from the School of Architecture.
